Nutritional Guidelines – MyPlate for Older Adults

Even with the latest 2015-2020 nutritional guidelines, it can be difficult to figure out what types of foods are healthy and how much of them we should be eating.

To help with this, the AARP Foundation and Tufts Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (HNRCA) recently updated an easy way to visualize what foods we should be eating every day: MyPlate for Older Adults (PDF 4.34MB).
